I reviewed this place on my blog too! http://dcbellyrules.blogspot.com

I visited this place on a dinner outing with a client to debrief on an event I'd helped coordinate for them on the Hill. It's situated in Adam's Morgan, and was a pleasant fine dining experience. We went on a weekday night, relatively late so it wasn't very crowded at all. They have a nice, raised bar, in the center of the restaurant, with tables scattered around and a wall that separates it from the restaurant, which I thought was pretty neat, and helped to keep the loud voices coming from the bar from infiltrating into the dining room. The decor is actually pretty classy, which I wasn't expecting from the name of the restaurant, and the outside of the restaurant.

The menu is relatively small, but I hear that they change it fairly often, usually daily. When I was there, I ordered a rabbit tenderloin, which was amazing. It was extremely tender, and flavorful. However, I don't think they have it on the menu anymore, but I wish they did! Cashion's wine menu is fairly impressive for a small joint. I wasn't sure exactly which to get, so I described to the bartender how I liked, lighter bodied red wines, with hints of oak or vanilla. He brought out a fabulous pinot noir, which had the exact flavors I was hoping for. If I remember correctly, one downfall is that they don't have any draft beers, and only a modest selection of bottled beers. It's a bit pricey, but the food was really good, and they brought out complimentary bread that was delish!
