Check out my reviews on my food blog: http://dcbellyrules.blogspot.com

We just ate here a few nights ago for the first time. I again had acquired a gift certificate from Groupon.com (love that site!) So we were able to eat and drink and tip for around $40...now thats what I call cheap fine dining!

So we went on a Monday night, which is rare for us to eat out on a Monday night, and the place wasn't busy at all. It's definitely more of a "night club" scene (bar waitresses in ref outfits, and we were handed samplings of Jack Daniels new cherry whiskey or whatever it is + promotional beads). But ironically, the food was pretty good for a "bar". They serve tapas, and full plate meals. We ordered a couple tapas, and split the "pork tenderloin" dish, which was actually three large boneless porkchops. It was a lot of food for the price we paid, it tasted decent. The shrimp was one of my favorite tapas, because they also served it with hummus and pita(see below picture) I am telling you, the portions were definitely generous. We also ordered bruschetta which was TOWERING with diced tomatoes.

I probably wouldn't go back here on a "dinner date" but it could be a fun place to go for late night classy food before a night on the town with a group of people. It has a romantic club feel, but not a "dining" feel to it. Our server was NOT dressed in a Ref outfit haha, and was dressed nice, and he was very polite. Overall, a nice experience. :)
