Lotus Cafe

We celebrated our son's 22nd B-Day at his fav restaurant Lotus. I just couldn't wait to experience their pho, I've been told by him many number of times that it will "change my life", how could one not be curious. I LOVED it. The piping hot bowl of fresh herbs, veggies and of course a nice squeeze of juicy lime on an abundance of meats and seafood of your choosing. Delightful! The rice noodles are the body of the dish and I have to say I did get quite jiggy with the chop sticks. I highly recommend it, my dear son, it didn't quite change my life, but it did rock it.

I had a rendezvous at lotus cafe last weekend. A pleasant surprise to say the least. Lotus served me with excellent Vietnamese food in a comfortable environment. They had a fully stocked bar (they know how to mix drinks) and wireless internet so you can mix business with pleasure. Be sure to order the pho!
